Rkatsiteli is a Dry white wine, made from Rkatsiteli grape variety which are cultivated in Kakheti region. Amber wine is made by Georgian traditional method of skin contact fermentation in Qvevri vessels, followed with six-month aging in oak barrels.

This unique Canadian product was harvested at the height of Canada’s crisp winter. Naturally frozen on the vine and then picked when the temperature drops to a frigid -10ºC (14ºF). Only a small amount of concentrated nectar can be squeezed from each bunch.

This Riesling Icewine has an abundance of vibrant aromatics including peach, pear and lime. On the palate, notes of honey, apricot and mango are balanced by a crisp and lively acidity.

This lightly mouth-coating sweetie is creamy and just off-dry, showing juicy acidity layered with flavors of baked pineapple, apple peel, crushed shortbread, candied ginger and aromatic hints of jasmine and anise.

At 700m altitude the vineyards located on the hillsides thrive in relatively low temperatures and provide Monograph Moschofilero with its aromatic intensity and acidity, required to create this fresh and pleasant wine.

The wine possesses a bright yellow color with a shiny hue. Its aroma reveals fresh citrus notes, predominantly green apple. Its delightful flavor is complemented by fine freshness, acidity and lingering aftertaste.

The frozen Vidal grapes were harvested in late December 2019 when temperatures fell between -10ºC and -13ºC. After settling the juice in stainless steel tanks, cool fermentation was completed in late-February when the wine was placed outdoors to stop fermentation and to complete natural cold stabilization.
