Dry white wine, made from the Rkatsiteli grape variety, unique to the Kakheti region. Created using the Georgian traditional Qvevri method, the wine is amber in color, with enticing aromas of ripe fruits, dried fruits, and spices. The wine is full-bodied, characterized by strong tannins, acidity, and a graceful, long finish.

Produced from Kisi grapes grown in our estate owned vineyards in village Tsinadali of Kakhet region. Fermentation is driven by natural yeast. Aged in oak barrels. This amber color wine with elegant palate is delivering ripened pear, tobacco and dried fruit aromas, with the hint of black tea. Silky tannins give the wine a rare, velvety finish. Recommended serving temperature 52-54 degrees F.
Produced from Rkatitseli grapes cultivated in Sagarejo district of Kakheti region. The wine is an amber color with aromas of dried fruits and jams. Delicate, refined taste with lively acidity and notes of apple and pear and a long persistent finish. Ideal pair to grilled meat, salads, and cheese. Best served at 54-56°F.
Light-bodied and well-balanced, with a cool minerality and refreshing acidity. The relatively high acidity of Assyrtiko gives this easy-drinking white a crisp freshness.

Dry orange wine Khikhvi Kvevri is made from grapes of the same name, grown in the Kistauri microzone (Kakheti). The wine is created according to the classical technology of making Georgian dry white wines, when fermentation and aging take place in kvevri - huge clay jugs, traditional in Kakhetian winemaking. The wine is aged in qvevri for at least 6 months.
The frozen Vidal grapes were harvested in late December 2017 when temperatures fell between -10ºC and -13ºC. After settling the juice in stainless steel tanks, cool fermentation was completed in late-February when the wine was placed outdoors to stop fermentation and to complete natural cold stabilization. The wine was stored in solely stainless steel for a period of 8 months before being filtered and then bottled.
More complex flavors including honey and ripe tropical fruits are present with a well balanced sweetness. Soft citrus notes are peeking through and complement the balanced acidity in the wine.
