The ancient Georgian word "Gemieri" is translated as "tasty". A hand-picked variation of carefully selected and ripe grapes from the microzones Sviri in Imereti and Tsinandali in Kakheti. After separating from the stems, the berries are cooled to 4-6 ° C and pressed with controlled pressure. The fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at the optimum temperature. Mildiani white dry wine is made from Tsolikouri grapes in Imereti and is traditionally fermented in kvevri. The drink has a light straw color and a typical Tsolikouri varietal aroma with elements of white fruits and wildflowers, and the taste is high-spirited, cheerful, full-bodied and balanced. It goes very well with salads, fish and seafood. The recommended temperature for serving is 6-8 °C.
Produced from Rkatitseli grapes cultivated in Sagarejo district of Kakheti region. The wine is an amber color with aromas of dried fruits and jams. Delicate, refined taste with lively acidity and notes of apple and pear and a long persistent finish. Ideal pair to grilled meat, salads, and cheese. Best served at 54-56°F.
