The 2004 vintage is characterized by rich, concentrated flavors of dried cherries, plums, and raisins, complemented by subtle notes of chocolate and spice.
Ruby red color of medium intensity, which tends to garnet upon aging. It has a characteristic perfume that is pleasant and delicate, with hints of fruit that grow in the area: cherries, marascas, and plums. The flavor is dry, bodied, slightly bitter, savory, and harmonious.

Quintarelli is considered the father of Amarone, with an ancient history that dates back to the early 1900s in Negrar, the epicenter of Valpolicella, where between 12 hectares of vineyards and with the utmost respect for tradition, about 50,000 bottles a year are produced for a production niche and therefore of great quality.
