This wine is a proprietary blend from the winemakers at Psagot, which means that the grapes will not be revealed but I'm guessing there is either some Syrah or Zinfandel due to the spicy nature of the wine. Its less fruit forward than most of the other Psagot wines but has a massive tannic structure that lasts and lasts on the finish. Learn More

Carmel Winery, the historic winery of Israel, was founded in 1882 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild, owner of Château Lafite in Bordeaux. Omega Blend, formerly Delta winery, is a wine with a prominent presence, rich in aromas of ripe berries alongside the aroma of toasted wood. On the palate the wine is very tight and long. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Shiraz grapes. The wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels.
