Dark garnet in color, with aromas of jammy raspberries and blackberries, dried flowers, green bell pepper, and freshly brewed coffee, with hints of toasted oak and a touch of freshly cracked black pepper.

The harvest of the Petite Sirah grapes for this Secret Reserve Petite Sirah is carefully done by hand and at night from the best vineyards in the Holy Land. This wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months. Only the best barrels are chosen before bottling.

The Netofa Tel Qasser Red is a Rhone blend aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Deep purple in color, fresh blackberries and raspberries on the nose followed by dried violets, lavender as well as hints of grilled meat and black pepper.

Omega Blend, formerly Delta winery, is a wine with a prominent presence, rich in aromas of ripe berries alongside the aroma of toasted wood. On the palate the wine is very tight and long. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Shiraz grapes. The wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels.

This blend of famed Rhone varietal grapes, Syrah and Mourvedre, is grown in Netofa's vineyards in the lower Galilee, near the famous Kerem ben Zimra. This area is well known for having one of the best climates in israel for grape growing. The wine is dark and concentrated, bursting with scents of raspberries, blueberries, and slightly sweet plum, surrounded by abundant aromas of toasted oak, coffee, and earth. It has a rich, heavy body with an outstanding ripe fruit flavor, caressing sweetness, and delightful tartness. It pairs well with rich meats or stews.

The wine is aged for a period of 15 months in French oak barrels and has deep forest fruit aromas and a subtle freshness.

Teperberg Essence Fortified is an excellent experience wine for sweet lovers. Although it is sweet and very concentrated in flavors, the sweetness is expressed as another layer of flavor and not as the center of the event.

The Psagot Prat is a red port wine made from grapes grown in the Judean Hills. The color is a dark purple, with floral notes of dark fruit, chocolate, and rose pedals. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, which adds nice vanilla oak flavors to the complex fruit flavors.

Each of the select vineyards has contributed its dramatic character that led to the creation of a complete, deep, and harmonic wine. Following 18 months maturation in oak barrels, the final blend is dark and concentrated with raspberry, blueberry, and plum fragrance, as well as roasted oak, coffee, and soil.
