This wine is a proprietary blend from the winemakers at Psagot, which means that the grapes will not be revealed but I'm guessing there is either some Syrah or Zinfandel due to the spicy nature of the wine. The Psagot Prat is a red port wine made from grapes grown in the Judean Hills. The color is a dark purple, with floral notes of dark fruit, chocolate, and rose pedals. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, which adds nice vanilla oak flavors to the complex fruit flavors. Tasting notes include blackberry, plum, cranberry, coffee, and chocolate. The oak also smooths over the mouth feel and leaves the wine supple with velvety tannins.

The Psagot Rose is a blend of red grape varietals. The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the Northern Jerusalem Mountains at a height of 700 meters. The wine is a nice looking, very salmon colored, almost fading to a touch of brick color. The aromas are very calm with some hints of grapefruit, lemon zest.
