A rare blend of fruit from around the village of Gevrey-Chambertin in the Côte de Nuits, and some from around Volnay in the Côte de Beaune. The lush fruit and structure from Gevrey and the floral, soft touch of Volnay combine to create pure magic!

Aromas of plums, orange zest, peony and spices introduce the 2022 Savigny-lès-Beaune Vieilles Vignes, a medium-bodied, elegantly fleshy, charming wine that's fine-boned, pure and precise.

Beautiful ruby color. This wine has pleasant, fresh, red-fruit aromas on the nose, which we also savor on the palate. It has a rich and very ripe substance, with fine round tannins. It’s a very well structured and pleasant wine.

A great deal of volume and presence on the nose. In the mouth, it is perhaps the fleshiest of all, and the one already showing the greatest balance. This is a fine example of a great terroir that acts as a filter to receive and to master the force of the sun.

The 2021 Échézeaux Grand Cru has turned out beautifully in bottle, bursting with aromas of wild strawberries, spruce, baking spices and orange zest, followed by a full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping palate that's taken on appreciable mid-palate fat and dimension since I tasted it from barrel last year.

Domaine Lucien Boillot Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "Les Corbeaux" is an elegant and complex Burgundy Pinot Noir. With aromas of ripe red berries, earthy undertones, and subtle spice, it offers a beautifully structured palate and a long, refined finish.

Domaine Lucien Boillot Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "La Perrière" is an elegant and refined Burgundy wine. Crafted with precision, it offers rich flavors of dark berries, earthy undertones, and a silky texture.

After sorting in the vineyard and winery, the grapes are de-stemmed then directly put in tank. The spontaneous fermentation then starts. The grapes will stay in tank for roughly three weeks during fermentation. The wine is then put in oak barrels, by gravity, for 10 months (no new oak). No fining is performed.

This young 2022 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits reveals an impressive depth, combining notes of red cherries, tart and sweet raspberries, and just a hint of violets.

Bruno Colin Maranges Premier Cru La Fussière is a distinguished red Burgundy wine from the Côte de Beaune region. Crafted from Pinot Noir grapes, it offers elegant aromas of red berries, spices, and earthy undertones, with a well-balanced structure and refined tannins.

100% Pinot Noir. This wine is an intense concentration of fruit evoking mature aromas. Serve with red meats, game, or cheese. Domaine A.F Gros was established in 1988 when Jean and Jeanine Gros started to sell parts of the family estate (originally known as Domaine Gros-Renaudot, then as Domaine Louis Gros).

A rare beast, a producer holding back their wines until they enter a prime window. Amazing. Hitting its straps and starting to take on a more tertiary slant, precisely what we want here.

One of the oldest domaines in Marsannay, dating back to the 17th century. 30-40 year old vines from three vineyards, all organic. Flowers on the nose lead to brooding dark cherry and raspberry on the palate, joined by compost, dried herbs and crisp minerality. Round body, ripe tannins. Soft and approachable.

This single vineyard Burgundy is a stunning example of the unique terroir found in this village. The wine is light and feminine but will age beautifully over time.

The generic Santenay is made from old vines – 50 years of average age – is a good start. It’s quite forward – 70% whole cluster – with a lovely organic fruit spiced with cinnamon and allspice.
