Pale garnet with bright red hues.Lifted red cherry notes spring from the glass and are accompanied by subtle earthiness and sweet red berry influence with just a touch of spice.

Pale yellow in color, with delightful aromas of dried herbs, citrus, jalapeno, crushed nettle and tomato leaf. One the palate, the wine is full bodied and has lovely textural mouthfeel with a touch of fruit sweetness balanced by salivating acidity that provides length, focus and clarity to the finish.

Intense nose of apricot and cheese, derived from wild ferment and age on oak lees. Long dry finish with intense lasting fruit flavors, a big Pinot Gris not for the faint at heart.
