The 2023 vintage opens with a deep garnet color and warm aromas of black fruits, dark chocolate, ground coffee, and fresh leather with a hint of black tea. On the palate, intense dark plum and blackberry are layered with sweet vanilla and black pepper, lifted by bright acidity and framed by fine, dusty tannins. Luscious, full-bodied, and long on the finish, it truly defines the richness and power of Paso Robles at 14.5% ABV.
