Tohu Sauvignon Blanc 2018
The wine has aromas of dried lime-strip and lemon-juice. The wine's palate has progressively tropical hints, kept in line by tart limes and a little fiery kick into the finish. Best to drink now.
This fresh and centered Sauvignon Blanc has brilliant smells of citrus, apples, and passion fruit with a particular crisp herbaceous line going through it. On the wine's palate, the fresh fruits radiate through with increasingly green apples, lemongrass, and passion fruit with natural acidity, a bit of sweetness yet has a dry finish.
This current white wine's normal acidic and energetic flavors make it an extraordinary companion to a wide range of New Zealand fish, explicitly green lipped Mussels presented with crisp summer servings of mixed greens and bread.
