Unlike Bourbon or Rye, which, by definition, must be aged in new oak barrels, their US-1 Unblended American Whiskey is aged in a way that utilizes bourbon-soaked barrels to achieve a rich and unique flavor profile.

A big ole nose of cinnamon stick, clove, vanilla, peppermint, and burned sugar is freshened up with crisp green apple. Very spicy, with cinnamon, crisp mint and fennel. Underlying sweet notes of caramel, molasses, vanilla, macaroon, cocoa, and candied fruit.

Distilled from 100% malted barley through a Coffey still, which is rarely done given the complexity and skill required, Nikka Coffey Malt Whisky boasts notes of cinnamon, clove, lemon and rich oak, making it ideal for sipping neat or as the base spirit in a cocktail.

The remarkable quality of Meukow VSOP Superior was awarded several times in the most prestigious competitions and tastings around the world. Its incredible roundness is the fruit of the meticulous selection of eaux-de-vie entering in its blend and the minimum ageing requirement which is one year longer than the traditional VSOP.
