This small batch release is the first bourbon release for Louisville-based Peerless Distilling Co. Like the distillery's rye whiskey releases, this too is produced using a sweet mash rather than a sour mash. The Kentucky straight bourbon is bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration. Released June 2019.

The only 100 proof tequila imported to the United States from Mexico. Full Agave flavor with aromas of white pepper and citrus. It has a floral and fruity finish.

Carefully aged for 8 months in new French oak barrels. Rich bodied and full flavor of the agave with that of the oak in a perfect balance. Exquisite smoothness evokes an exceptional sensation.

Po' Di Poli Aromatica Traminer Grappa is made with Gewurztraminer varietals to create this aromatic distillate. With aromas of balmy herbs, resin, spices and pepper. The palate is full, firm and persistent that is best served cool.

Divin "White Stork" produced by blending several kinds of cognac different exposure. Minimum aging in oak barrels lasts for 3 years. Matured in a combination of the finest Spanish Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Sherry casks, this exquisite Single Malt Scotch Whisky is non chill filtered. The rich colour is given by the European oak wood in which it has matured and is entirely natural.

Smooth, sweet taste has robust and rugged undertones with a warm and comforting finish. Traditionally served neat or over crushed ice, however it is wonderfully versatile and tastes equally good as part of a cocktail.

Vintage 1983 Fins Bois. Old gold dress, slightly amber highlights. Rich and balanced nose, pleasant overall, with a rather "classic" side. After a few minutes, aromas of white flowers, hawthorn and liquorice take over. The mouth is smooth and supple, slight notes of nutmeg and "Christmas Pudding", of wreckage recovered on the beach. Fresh finish despite the thickness of the aromas.

Villa One Silver is a clear liquid with silver shades that is bottled immediately on production to deliver a nose of cooked agave with fruit aromas. It features a continuous bouquet of dried fruit and nuts that meanders into a caramelized agave and has a long, smooth finish.

Twice distilled and aged for a minimum of 4 years in American white oak (ex-Bourbon) barrels to drive sweet aromatics.

This limited run of 1500 total bottles consists of Kentucky straight bourbon finished in handmade Japanese Mizunara Oak barrels that previously held premium shochu. The legendary Ariake cooperage crafted the barrels near Kyoto, Japan. Bourbon is from Bardstown Bourbon Company, one of the most technologically advanced US distilleries.

Since 1884, the Bartender Company, a division of America's Oldest Liqueur Producer, has been making superb cocktails. Bartender's MARGARITA starts with the finest Tequila from Mexico. It is then blended with a touch of lemon, to which a small amount of syrup is added. All placed into a blender. The result is a margarita for the afficianados. Enjoy in a wide Champagne glass.
