Using only the finest rice "Yamada-Nishiki", and Nada's famed natural spring water "Miyamizu", "SHO-UNE" has been brewed as the Supreme of Japanese Sake. This graceful Sake with fruity scents, velvety smoothness can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.

A brilliant sake from Île Four, which means "four islands", a reference to to the four Japanese main islands of Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu and Hokkaido. Though there's only four ingredients, sake rice, water, yeast and a koji, this crisp bottling makes a brilliant aperitif, and works wonderfully alongside salty foods.

Traditional sake using 60% milled rice. Lighter in style than other sake's, this is crisp, dry and easy drinking. Beautiful nose of meyer lemon, lime, and hay.

The Yuzu citrus fruit has been growing in Japan for more than 1.000 years. Because of its dry pulp and many large seeds the juice can only be extracted in a complicated – i.e., expensive – process from pulp and rind. Fortunately, just a few drops are already enough for a unique and intense flavor.

This sharp, super dry sake sports the name Makiri, which translates to “Demon Cutter”. Inspired by the blades of fishermen in Sakata City, which were said to dispel evil forces, Makiri will dispel bad energy from your soul and fill you with inner warmth.

Fujimi is produced at Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido. This vodka is made after the distillation of a Japanese molasses using pure, high quality Japanese water and filtered through sand and coal.

Hiro is a super-premium Japanese sake made with highly polished rice: milling rate of the original rice is 60% for Hiro Red Junmai

100% Yamadanishiki rice grown in Hyogo Prefecture polished until only 60% of the grain is left. Full-bodied flavor profile, floral aromatics, clean and well structured.

Round, with sweet spices on a woody background. Develops in depth on notes of vanilla, oak and caramel. All in woody notes, very elegant.

A Yuzu based liqueur from the heart of Japan. Fresh Yuzu juice with the pulp left in is blended with Umenoyado's own premium sake and balanced with a touch of rock sugar for a citrusy liqueur that is delicious on its own, or as a bright addition to a range of cocktails.

Heavensake is a composition by acclaimed French cellar master, Regis Camus, in collaboration with Japan’s most respected sake breweries. Admired for his virtuosity in blending, Regis defined the soul of Heavensake, immersing himself in the spirit and tradition of Japan.

Using only selected rice and Nada's famed spring water from Mt. Rokko, UKIYO-E JUNMAI DAIGINJO SAKE has been brewed with meticulous care and a centuries old tradition. A character istic fullness produced by the fruity fra grance and the umami of the rice can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.

Tokyo Night Vodka is distilled three times, followed by four filtrations using birch charcoal. This vodka is made from local cane sugar molasses, a product that immediately immerses us in Japanese tradition.
