The Hakushu 12 Single Malt is made up of carefully selected malt whiskies all aged for a minimum of 12 years in various casks, created in honor of Suntory Whisky's centenary. Nestled deep in Mt. Kaikomagatake, The Hakushu Distillery draws on its unique natural surroundings.

Sho Chiku Bai Ginjo Sake is delicate, dry, and silky smooth. It has a soft and smooth texture with a refined feel. The aroma is vibrant, featuring a strong ginjo fragrance.

On the nose, this whiskey presents citrus and sweet spices. On the palate, it is sweet and mellow, with notes of vanilla, nutmeg and bitters. Best enjoyed neat, at room temperature.

This 30 year old Hibiki is the top end of their range and part of their appreciation of the beauty of Japanese nature.

Fine, distinguished. On the first nose, a herbaceous, salty and empyreumatic (sleet) peat clearly dominates. Allowed to breathe, it makes way for fruits (apple, pear, Canary melon), flowers (lily, carnation) and mint, all of which bring lots of momentum to the aroma palette.

The Puncheon is considered as the "heart" of what makes Yamazaki Single Malt, Yamazaki. The Yamazaki Puncheon Single Malt Whisky is comprised of meticulously selected malts aged exclusively in puncheons crafted from hand-selected American oak.

The 2022 edition of the Yamazaki Cask Series Peated Malt whisky has been made with a carefully-selected blend of peated malts, creating a refined and smoky character. The palate offers notes of earthy smoke, pineapple, yuzu, charred oak and green herbs that linger in the finish.

Taragawa is the largest producer on Miyakojima island. Taragawa has a team of just five producing about 1000 Kiloliters per year. Surrounded by sugarcane fields, the distillery was established in 1948. Taragawa uses the hinekoji method which allows a special black mold to propagate for 3 days, creating a strong flavor and aroma suited for long aging.

Gikyo Junmai Ginjo Genshu is crafted with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 60%, and produced in Higashi-Harima, Hyogo Prefecture. With an alcohol content of 16% to 17%, this sake is made using domestic rice and rice malt.
