This is a new expression launched in 2020. While remaining a smooth and well-balanced blended malt, the formula has been refined to further showcase an exquisite balance between elegant softness and deep complexity along with rich mouthfeel and smokiness.

This limited edition of Yoichi single malt was introduced in 2021 as the first of the “Nikka Discovery” series. In anticipation of Nikka Whisky’s 90th Anniversary, the series offers an inside look at the various experiments in the whisky-making process that Nikka has practiced over the years.

This rare version of the Miyagikyo single malt has been released as a series of "Nikka Discovery highlighting Nikka's various experiments in every making process.

The Puncheon is considered as the "heart" of what makes Yamazaki Single Malt, Yamazaki. The Yamazaki Puncheon Single Malt Whisky is comprised of meticulously selected malts aged exclusively in puncheons crafted from hand-selected American oak.

The 2022 edition of the Yamazaki Cask Series Peated Malt whisky has been made with a carefully-selected blend of peated malts, creating a refined and smoky character. The palate offers notes of earthy smoke, pineapple, yuzu, charred oak and green herbs that linger in the finish.

On the nose, this whiskey presents citrus and sweet spices. On the palate, it is sweet and mellow, with notes of vanilla, nutmeg and bitters. Best enjoyed neat, at room temperature.

This 30 year old Hibiki is the top end of their range and part of their appreciation of the beauty of Japanese nature.

Hibiki 30 year old is a very popular and stunning blend produced by Suntory. Here is a hint of it's success:

Fine, distinguished. On the first nose, a herbaceous, salty and empyreumatic (sleet) peat clearly dominates. Allowed to breathe, it makes way for fruits (apple, pear, Canary melon), flowers (lily, carnation) and mint, all of which bring lots of momentum to the aroma palette. Gradually, it becomes increasingly milky (cream, coconut), exotic (pineapple, yellow kiwi) and medicinal (ointment,arnica).

The Hakushu 18 Peated Malt is made up of carefully selected malt whiskies all aged for a minimum of 18 years in various casks, created in honor of Suntory Whisky's centenary. The Hakushu Distillery blenders work with peat, while softening the palate using the exceptional mountain water of the area, filtered through ancient granite rocks.

This Yamazaki Mizunara Single Malt is comprised of meticulously selected malt whiskies all aged for a minimum of 18 years in solely Mizunara casks, created in honor of Suntory Whisky's centenary. The result showcases the rare, distinctive beauty of Mizunara oak, which is considered the signature “enhancer” of Yamazaki, providing unique Japanese character and elegance. The Hakushu 12 Single Malt is made up of carefully selected malt whiskies all aged for a minimum of 12 years in various casks, created in honor of Suntory Whisky's centenary. Nestled deep in Mt. Kaikomagatake, The Hakushu Distillery draws on its unique natural surroundings.

From the Yoichi distillery in Japan founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru, the father of Japanese whisky, This 10 year old single malt offers round maturity integrated with distinctive peaty, well balanced woody and herbaceous notes

Taking its name from its location in Shiraiwa, this region is renowned for its pristine snowmelt water. This assemblage-style junmai daiginjo is made by former Chef de Cave at Dom Pérignon Richard Geoffroy. A blend of no less than 20 different sakes, including reserves from previous years, this rich and complex sake will age gracefully over the next decade. Pair with raw scallops in yuzu vinaigrette.
