Fernet Gancia is an Italian digestive that was first produced by the House of Gancia, a storied wine-making family in Italy, at the start of the 1900’s. Made with over 27 herbs and spices from around the world including saffron, mint and licorice, Fernet Gancia is usually served after a meal at room temperature, but it can also be enjoyed cold, mixed with soda water, ginger ale, or cola. In winter months, is can be heated and flavored with an orange or lemon peel.
