The 2021 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon was drawn from 12 year old barrels from different warehouses and floors. A total of 120 barrels; 93 barrels matured together on the 3rd floor, on the Northwest side of Warehouse J.

A delicious liqueur based on the cacao and vanilla bean. Smooth elegant flavors of chocolate and cocoa with hints of vanilla and cinammon. A perfect addition to cockails, martinis, and coffee.

Numerous parts of Pappy Van Winkle's Family Reserve 23 Year Bourbon are dark: dim organic products, dim flavors, coffee simmered espresso, browned butter singed oak, toasted nuts, and star anise are the champion flavors.
