The third release of the Booker’s® Bourbon 2021 Collection is Booker’s Batch 2021-03 “Bardstown Batch.” This batch honors the homeplace of 6th Generation Master Distiller Booker Noe along with several other generations of Beam family members.

Maker’s Mark has debuted the latest entry in its Wood Finishing Series: Maker’s Mark Wood Finishing Series 2021 Limited Release: FAE-02.

In celebration of the long-standing ties that bond Irish and Kentucky Whiskey making, Kentucky Owl has partnered with Irish Whiskey Bonder Louise McGuane to help create our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

This ten-year-old Bottled in Bond bourbon was aged in Warehouse C, built by Col. Taylor in 1885, and the barrel warehouse he was most proud of – the final piece in his “model distillery.”  Like some of the previous releases, this one-time-only bottling of E.H. Taylor, Jr Warehouse C Bourbon is very limited. The ideal aging locations for these barrels led to a wonderful flavor combination, with a nose of cherry cobbler with rum sauce and a hint of oak; a palate of cherry cola, vanilla bean and toasted oak; and a finish that is long and lingering with a hint of spearmint, coffee, raisin bread and anise.

Batch 11 of Kentucky Owl Straight Bourbon is made with casks from a number of distilleries. Blended from bourbons aged for between 6 and 14 years, this offers aromas of citrus, chocolate and toffee on the nose. These are complemented by notes of more chocolate, oak spice, honey and cinnamon throughout the palate.

Made from the traditional Evan Williams Bourbon recipe. Buttery to the nose with hints of oak, vanilla and sweet corn. Rich and smooth, with a semi sweet entry of honey and oak, leading to an off dry finish.

A wholly unique, complex finish evokes the best of cognac, artfully balanced with premium Kentucky bourbon.

Fresh and sweet peach with bourbon beind on the nose. Features sweet peach with hints of honey & caramel on the palate. Followed by a lasting, soft sweetness finish.

The Wiseman Bourbon is an artful balance of soft wheat and spicy high-rye that provides a smooth but complex bourbon designed to drink neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail.

Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series #6 is a blend of straight bourbon whiskies. The blend consists of 68% 11-year-old Kentucky Bourbon, 16% 17-year-old Tennessee Bourbon, and 16% 7-year-old Indiana Bourbon. Bardstown Discovery Series #6 is a cask-strength bourbon bottled at 58% ABV.

In 1997, when Jefferson’s was first starting out, we found a 15-year-old bourbon that we immediately knew was rich, complex and needed to be brought to market. It was in 2003 that we decided to bring in other bourbons to marry with the original Jefferson’s Reserve. Similar to Jefferson’s, we still use over 50% of that mash bill and add up to 3 more bourbons to create more flavor and complexities.
