Elijah Craig 11 Year Old Barrel Proof is a premium Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, showcasing the depth and complexity of Bourbon in its most authentic form. Hailing from Kentucky, this Bourbon is renowned for its robust character and rich heritage.

Warming and deliciously rich nose, the palates foundation is centered on vanilla and oak, with light brown sugar, caramel, and a fruit salad-like pop of sweetness that balances the oak.

In 1997, when Jefferson’s was first starting out, we found a 15-year-old bourbon that we immediately knew was rich, complex and needed to be brought to market. It was in 2003 that we decided to bring in other bourbons to marry with the original Jefferson’s Reserve. Similar to Jefferson’s, we still use over 50% of that mash bill and add up to 3 more bourbons to create more flavor and complexities.

Old Williamsburg 4 Year Bourbon is a testament to the time-honored bourbon-making traditions of Kentucky. This straight bourbon, carefully distilled and aged for four years, embodies the essence of American craftsmanship.

Aged to perfection for over 10 years on a single rack (19 barrels) in the rick house. Each Kentucky Straight Bourbon bottle has a custom label with the specific rack location and number of barrels in that bottling. Notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and oak.

Distilled and bottled in Kentucky, aged a minimum of three years, this whiskey offers a dry core with hints of oak and leather, winding into a spiced finish that levels off with nuanced caramel and tart cherry.
