The fourth and final entry in this legendary series, Hardy Perfection Terre Earth Cognac is a blend of eaux-de-vie, with some of its components reaching back to the pre-phylloxera era of the 1870s.
Hennessy V.S.O.P is medium amber with smooth fruity flavours of orange peel, prune and vanilla palate. It is lightly sweet with a unique bitterness in the finish.
The Pierre Ferrand Ancestrale is an exceptional Grande Champagne Cognac that represents the epitome of the art of blending. With an age of around 70 years, it is part of a rare collection of Cognacs that are among the oldest in the distillery's cellar. These Cognacs are also known as "Vieille Réserve" or "Réserve Limitée", indicating their highly aged status. The production of this Cognac is limited to only 300 bottles per year, with each bottle made to order and presented in a hardwood case.
Bright amber in color, with hints of gold. An initially oaky bouquet is followed by an intense fragrance. On the palate it is very mellow with a slight burn. Elegant floral and spice aromas give way to woody herbs, vanilla, raisins and other fried fruits.

Vintage 1983 Fins Bois. Old gold dress, slightly amber highlights. Rich and balanced nose, pleasant overall, with a rather "classic" side. After a few minutes, aromas of white flowers, hawthorn and liquorice take over. The mouth is smooth and supple, slight notes of nutmeg and "Christmas Pudding", of wreckage recovered on the beach. Fresh finish despite the thickness of the aromas.

An aromatic Cognac from Courvoisier that combines the traditions of Cognac with the elegance of Japanese mizunara oak. Made in a collaboration with House of Suntory chief blender Shinji Fukuyo, it started out maturing in French oak barrels, before being transferred into Japanese mizunara casks for a secondary maturation. Aromas of sandalwood, roasted cocoa, cherry blossom, aromatic oak and sweet spices fill the nose, complemented by notes of jasmine, vanilla, yuzu, passion fruit, honey and green tea throughout the palate.
