This limited-edition Japanese whisky was crafted by Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo. The blend of malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries was finished in sakura (Japanese cherry) casks, imparting the harmonious spirit with gentle floral and spicy notes.
Batch 11 of Kentucky Owl Straight Bourbon is made with casks from a number of distilleries. Blended from bourbons aged for between 6 and 14 years, this offers aromas of citrus, chocolate and toffee on the nose. These are complemented by notes of more chocolate, oak spice, honey and cinnamon throughout the palate.

Introducing the Hardin's Creek Kentucky Series. These three limited releases were laid down with the same mash bill at the same time - the only difference being the campus at which each was aged. Palate: sweet oak, aged wood tones.
The third annual-release in the Harmony Collection has been created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney and celebrates the fertile lands of Scotland. The presentation box and bottle label are made with discarded meadow cuttings and the whisky was matured ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks. This has imparted aromas of honeysuckle, coconut and citrus peel on the nose, leading to notes of almond, honeydew melon and green tea on the palate.
