Woodford Reserve has announced the Winter 2021 Master’s Collection release: Woodford Reserve Five-Malt Stouted Mash. A fermented grain mash is traditionally called “distiller’s beer.”

O.F.C. 1993 Vintage Bourbon is a rare and exquisite whiskey crafted by Buffalo Trace Distillery, aged for decades to perfection. It offers deep, complex flavors of caramel, dark fruit, oak, and spice with an exceptionally smooth and lingering finish.

This small batch release is the first bourbon release for Louisville-based Peerless Distilling Co. Like the distillery's rye whiskey releases, this too is produced using a sweet mash rather than a sour mash. The Kentucky straight bourbon is bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration. Released June 2019.
