A limited release from Johnnie Walker, this blend is bottled at 51% abv, reflective of many Scotch Whiskies prior to the early 1900s. It is a journey with notes of sweet dried fruits, gentle spice, roasted nuts and a soft pepper finish.
Distilled using peated malted barley. Nose of gooseberries, cinnamon, and charred wood. Tastes of spices, floral honey, and campfire embers.
A new addition to the Glengoyne core range, this single malt bottling has spent a quarter of a century maturing in first-fill European oak sherry casks kept in traditional dunnage-style warehouses.
Expertly crafted as the perfect accompaniment to a fine cigar. Matured in ex-bourbon casks then 10 yr old Matusalem sherry butts and finally finished in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. Cinnamon, vanilla, and red fruit aromas with toffee notes. Orange zest finish.
Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Port Cask Finish. A "Double Cask" Single Malt made in the Highlands in the heart of Scotland using traditional ancestral methods. Its long aging in barrels that previously contained Bourbon gives our Single Malt Glen Turner Heritage a woody flavor as well as subtle notes of spices, vanilla and tropical fruits. Its finish in old Port barrels enriches the aromatic palette of this Single Malt with notes of wine and dried fruits.
Highland single malt from Oban distillery, which has been double matured in montilla fino sherry seasoned casks for this 2022 release of the Distillers Edition. The signature light and briny style of this whisky has been complimented here by the dry and fruity sherry.
The 2022-release of Glenturret 12 Year Old was matured in a combination of American and European oak casks and bottled in 2022. Aromas of caramelised apples, vanilla custard, creamy oak and baking spices fill the nose, complemented by notes of cherry pie, baked apples, cinnamon, vanilla and oak spice throughout the palate.
Peat smoke has long drifted through our history. In years gone by, peat featured heavily in distilling traditions and our records show Glenturret using peat dug from Octhertye Estate in the early 1800s. We are in the rare position of producing peated and non-peated spirit at different times of the year from the same small stills. This has allowed us to craft this mellow, sweet, smoky 10 years old single malt that shows its character off to the full at a strength of 50%.
Marking the tenth anniversary of our acclaimed Private Edition series, Glenmorangie Allta is the first Glenmorangie created from the yeast which grows wild on our own Cadboll barley.
Lush oak on the nose. Malty; citrus notes blend with tobacco and ash, black tea, banana and maple syrup. Intial fruit flavors lead into honeyed tones, then toasted oak. A slow drinker.
