Sensei Whisky is a premium Japanese spirit crafted with precision and artistry, blending fine whiskies aged in Mizunara oak barrels. It offers a smooth and complex profile with notes of honey, citrus, spice, and a hint of smoke for a well-balanced finish.

American single malt whiskeys, however, are less regulated, allowing more room for experimentation. With a specialty mash bill of Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Extra Special Malt, pale chocolate malt, brown malt, and peated malt, their specialty Garryana-aged single malt is fermented with Belgian Brewer’s Yeast for a total of 144 hours, and aged partially in a distinct oak.

Jack Daniel’s Unaged Tennessee Rye ack Daniel’s Unaged Tennessee Rye is Jeff Arnett’s exploration into the intriguing flavor drawn from premium rye. It's the first time since before Prohibition the Jack Daniel Distillery has used a new grain recipe.

Amber in the glass and medium bodied, this blended Scotch is aged at least fifteen years. The nose is sweet and creamy, with subtle chocolate and orange notes. The palate is slightly sweet and spicy, yet creamy and fresh, with hints of rosemary and pine.

This bottle features a 17 year old Kentucky Bourbon that was finished in old cognac casks. Each cask is hand selected by their Master Blender to make this exclusive expression.

Cromwell’s Royal Deluxe Fine Blended Scotch whisky is a most enjoyable blend, of malted barley & grain, matured together in oak barrels for 3 years. The whisky is well balanced, noted for its malty, smoke notes on the nose with additional aromas such as honey, raisins and delicate hints of caramel.

This Single Pot Still Irish whiskey was matured initially in American Oak Bourbon barrels and finished in virgin native Irish Oak Hogshead casks grown on the Knockrath Estate.

The second of seven bottlings in the Midleton Kylebeg Wood series, each of which is traceable to a single native Irish oak. The felling of these trees on Ballykilcavan estate, cast sunlight on the floor of this centuries-old forest where new saplings are already taking purchase. A promise that Irish oak will continue to grow there for centuries to come.

The third of seven expressions in this limited series from the venerable Midleton distillery. Kylebeg Wood – or An Coill Beag, as it is in Irish – refers to ‘the little wood,’ a carefully managed forest that has stood on the Ballykilcavan Estate since the 17th century.

Number six in the seven-strong Kylebeg Wood series was aged in fresh hogsheads coopered from a single Irish oak tree. The pot still whiskey filled into those casks is packed with Midleton’s characteristic orchard fruit and spice, enhanced by a set of secondary flavours unique to one tree, from one forest, on a single estate in Ireland.
