The limited-edition release is age-stated at 8-Year-Old, and it features an additional unique blend of 8 and 9 YO bourbons from Jimmy’s favorite rick house, delivered at 101 proof to Jimmy’s liking.

The second release of the Bookers Bourbon 2023 Collection is Bookers Batch 2023-02 Apprentice Batch. This batch pays homage to the early days of my dad Booker Noes career far before he was the Sixth Generation Master Distiller when he first learned the art of making bourbon under the guidance of his cousin Carl Beam.

Templeton Fortitude Straight Bourbon, a masterpiece at 92 proof, is crafted from a unique mash bill of 55% corn, 40% rye, and 5% malted barley. Aged in charred American Oak, this non-chill filtered bourbon boasts a rich, complex flavor profile with a bold yet approachable character.

Our high-rye content has been a calling card for Bulleit as it provided drinkers everywhere with a delightfully spicy backbone to their bourbon. Paired with some of the finest limestone filtered water in Kentucky and aged in charred new American white oak barrels, our Bulleit high-rye mash bill is perfectly aged for sipping on the rocks or in a cocktail.

Marsala Superiore is a dry, sweet wine produced in Italy and imparts tangy flavors of dried fruits and citrus.

The nose features a savory mix of light rye bread with sweet caramel richness and a hint of tangy fruit salad. On tasting, there is an initial wave of buttery rye bread with a full-bodied feel.
