Kentucky- Aromas of caramel toffee, sweet char, creme brulee, cinnamon, vanilla, and apple. Bright first notes of rich caramel sweetness. Vanilla and toffee coat the front of the palate, linger, then blend with tingles of pepper, cinnamon, and a hint of ginger.
Uses wheat in place of rye as the third or small grain. The use of winter wheat replaces the spicier, fruitier flavor notes that rye provides with a softer and rounder character.

Booker's was originally conceived by Booker Noe, Jim Beam's Grandson, and originally released in 1988. At the time it was one of the few cask strength bourbons available and quickly became renowned by bourbon connoisseurs and collectors for its incredible depth and power.
Naturally ferments because of the high barley content. Notes of brown sugar and magnolia blossom. Tastes of black pepper, cinnamon stick, dried dill, and baked apple. Ends with a dry finish.
