Ardbeg releases a new 25 Year Old crafted from raw ingredients woven together to create a whisky distinguished by its exceptional balance, beauty and prestige. Vibrant, hot peppery mouthfeel, leads in to a burst of sherbet lemon, creamy toffee, aniseed and chili pepper.

This is the fourth released in the highly acclaimed Bond House No. 1 Collection. Grand Vintage 1991 is a tribute to the few who redoubled their quest for perfection during the early 1990s, when extra-maturation was in its infancy at the distillery.

Glenfiddich 30 year suspended time, this 30 year old focusses on the moment when Glenfiddichs master distiller suspends the development of the whisky with his decision to bottle it – capturing the whisky at that precise moment in time as the most perfect expression of an aged Glenfiddich and preserving it for all eternity.

This rare single cask Aberlour malt was distilled in 1999 and aged for 21 years, before being bottled in 2020 at 51.2%. First-fill American oak barrel #3856 was selected by La Maison du Whisky for Poland. The small and intimate Aberlour distillery was founded in 1879 by James Fleming, who previously worked at the Dailuaine distillery. He chose the convenient location where the Lour stream flows into the River Spey.

A limited release, after maturing in American and European Oak casks for 29 years at The Glenfiddich Distillery, Grand Yozakura is finished for six months in exquisitely rare Awamori rice spirit casks from Okinawa for a one-of-a- kind taste.

The 2022 release of Talisker 30 Year Old has spent all of those decades maturing in American oak. In that time, all that coastal smoke has been sweetly mellowed, and the peated Scotch is joined by plenty of pepper notes, along with ripe orchard fruits, and drizzles of salted caramel. A truly terrific single malt from the Isle of Skye-based distillery.

The fourth volume in Laphroaig's Ian Hunter Story series is a 1987-vintage single malt that was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in first-fill European oak ex-oloroso sherry casks, before being bottled at 34-years-old. Aromas of dried fruit, soft smoke, tobacco leaves, eucalyptus, heather honey, black pepper and cinder toffee fill the nose, complemented by notes of barbecued pork, sweet honey, peach, orange blossom, iodine, earthy peat and ashy wood smoke throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.

Black Art 11 has been created using pre-renaissance casks from Bruichladdich Distillery (pre-2001) which have been safeguarded and maturing on Islay for 24 years.
