Bourbon

This bourbon is made exclusively from New York State whole grain, water, and yeast. Albanys first distillery since Prohibition. Proud to be the first to bring the tradition of distilling back to New York's capital.

The nose starts with dried red fruits, drying oak tannins, raspberry jam, and an earthy note. A palate of spiced oak, milk chocolate, caramel, white pepper, and sweet black cherry is followed by a lengthy finish of orange peel, honey, sweet lemon cake, creamy chocolate, and pepper spice. Rich flavors, creating an easy whiskey to savor.

The Wiseman Bourbon is an artful balance of soft wheat and spicy high-rye that provides a smooth but complex bourbon designed to drink neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail.

Jefferson's Reserve is allowed to age slowly and reach maturity naturally. This results in a rich bouquet and flavor as well as a soft round finish.

A unique mash bill from Tennessee, this bourbon utilizes 30% small grains to complement the character imparted from spending more than six and a half years in American oak barrels.

Notes of cherry and baked apple but supplemented with jammy fruit notes and balanced with the enticing aroma of vanilla, brown spice, and toasted pecans. Bold and sweet with the toasty notes of French and American oak rounding out to a long, smooth finish that lingers.

Meet the American West's most innovative and inviting bourbon. A blend of straight bourbon whiskeys, aged a minimum of two years in charred white American oak barrels. Never chill-filtered or carbon-treated and utilizing a variety of high rye content mash bills to convey an earthy complexity (with a bit of spice). The perfect marriage of richness and brightness expressed by notes of honey nougat, sweet cornbread biscuits, and lemon zest with caramel apples and pecan pie lingering on the finish. At the turn of the century, most food was cooked on the open flame. People gathered ‘round the campfire on their adventures to cook, share stories, connect, and celebrate with small batch bourbon. The food, the stories, and the comradery were all amplified with a touch of smoke and flame.

In 1997, when Jefferson’s was first starting out, we found a 15-year-old bourbon that we immediately knew was rich, complex and needed to be brought to market. It was in 2003 that we decided to bring in other bourbons to marry with the original Jefferson’s Reserve. Similar to Jefferson’s, we still use over 50% of that mash bill and add up to 3 more bourbons to create more flavor and complexities.

Mary Dowling Tequila Barrel Bourbon is aged for a minimum of 3 years in white oak bourbon barrels with fresh tequila staves. This unique aging process yields a smooth and balanced flavor with notes of oak, caramel, and spicy agave. Enjoy a taste that's distinctive yet familiar.
