This ten-year-old Bottled in Bond bourbon was aged in Warehouse C, built by Col. Taylor in 1885, and the barrel warehouse he was most proud of – the final piece in his “model distillery.” Like some of the previous releases, this one-time-only bottling of E.H. Taylor, Jr Warehouse C Bourbon is very limited. The ideal aging locations for these barrels led to a wonderful flavor combination, with a nose of cherry cobbler with rum sauce and a hint of oak; a palate of cherry cola, vanilla bean and toasted oak; and a finish that is long and lingering with a hint of spearmint, coffee, raisin bread and anise.
Batch 11 of Kentucky Owl Straight Bourbon is made with casks from a number of distilleries. Blended from bourbons aged for between 6 and 14 years, this offers aromas of citrus, chocolate and toffee on the nose. These are complemented by notes of more chocolate, oak spice, honey and cinnamon throughout the palate.
Redemption Bourbon Finished In Cognac Cask - this straight bourbon whiskey is a part of the cask series and is finished in Cognac Casks. Bottled at 49.5% ABV, 99 Proof.
Luxco’s Blood Oath series broke through the bourbon scene with a bang releasing their first blended Kentucky straight bourbon expression in 2015. Blood Oath Pact No. 7 is a masterful union of three well-bred bourbons.
Made from the traditional Evan Williams Bourbon recipe. Buttery to the nose with hints of oak, vanilla and sweet corn. Rich and smooth, with a semi sweet entry of honey and oak, leading to an off dry finish.
A wholly unique, complex finish evokes the best of cognac, artfully balanced with premium Kentucky bourbon.
At the turn of the century, most food was cooked on the open flame. People gathered ‘round the campfire on their adventures to cook, share stories, connect, and celebrate with small batch bourbon. The food, the stories, and the comradery were all amplified with a touch of smoke and flame.
High West Cask Strength Bourbon represents a robust and unfiltered expression from High West Distillery in Utah. This cask strength edition amplifies the classic bourbon flavors, delivering a more intense and rich experience. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, each batch may vary slightly in ABV, making it a sought-after choice for those appreciating a bold and authentic American whiskey.
This award-winning bourbon is distinctly American in that it forges a path all its own. To create its singular flavor profile, we age it for 10 years in the hills of Tennessee and choose not to chill-filter as is popular with many bourbons. This gives us an even greater depth of flavor going into the bottle. Incredibly well balanced, it’s a standout bourbon for moments that are to be remembered.
In 1997, when Jefferson’s was first starting out, we found a 15-year-old bourbon that we immediately knew was rich, complex and needed to be brought to market. It was in 2003 that we decided to bring in other bourbons to marry with the original Jefferson’s Reserve. Similar to Jefferson’s, we still use over 50% of that mash bill and add up to 3 more bourbons to create more flavor and complexities.
