Made with 100% blue agave grown in the rich volcanic soil provided by Volcán de Tequila, sourced from two distinct regions of Jalisco, the Lowlands and the Highlands, each imparting a unique flavor profile in the finished product. Hand-trimmed agave plants, or piñas, are cooked via two distinct methods which allow us to control the flavor, for a superior Tequila.

Cantera Negra Añejo offers a remarkably smooth taste and a warm finish. Although never bottled until passing the stringent taste testing standards of our family panel, it is aged for an average of 30 to 36 months.

Cierto Tequila Private Collection Blanco is a perfect representation of fully-mature agave. Rested for 8 months before bottling, the aroma is fresh and herbaceous, imparting sweet floral notes.

Patron Ahumado Silver Tequila is a unique smoke-kissed tequila made from 100% Weber Blue Agave, with a lingering smoky and smooth taste, balanced by natural sweetness and notes of spices, black pepper, and cooked agave.
