Brandy

Montenegrin grape brandy is made with a combination of two indigenous grape varieties Vranac and Kratošija. Specifics of both varieties come to the fore by aging in inox tanks at least a year. This brandy is colorless, with mildly developed aromas distinctive for Vranac and Kratošija, rounded taste and very drinkable. With a special selection of grapes, processing method and distillate blending, from year to year, this brandy is of high quality.

TM AZNAURI brandies are distilled with full respect to the noble traditions of brandy-distilling, from traditional high quality spirit varieties which are aged in especially fired oak barrels with exceptional flavour-enhancing properties. The process lends the final drink a refined bouquet and distinctive mellow flavour. The Rkatsiteli grape variety from which the brandy is distilled is famed for its soft, traditionally qualities.

BRANDY ALVISA XO THE JEWEL OF ALVISA Alvisa XO (extra old) is an excellent brandy that obtained after a proves of double distillation in Charentais alembic and aged in French oak barrels, under the supervision of our enologist Sergio del Coso.

Alvisa 10 is made exclusively from Airen, an ecological variety of white grapes. It ages for 10 years in centenary French oak barrels, where it acquires aromas of vanilla and new wood.

In color, it is bright, clean, amber with reflections of gold. On the nose, it has an elegant aroma and aromas of French oak with hints of vanilla and cocoa and a slight touch of hazelnut.

Vinification of Adega Velha 12 Years XO Old Brandy: the grapes, selected for their high acidity and low sugar content, are the source of a light and balanced wine. The wine is then subjected to two slow and careful distillations in a Charentais still, brought from the Cognac Region, in France.After the distillation process, the brandy is subjected to agingin French oak barrels, from the Limousin region, with the final blend having an average age of 12 years of aging.
