Brandy

Jelinek Apple Jack is a fine Czech 100% apple brandy distilled in Arnold Holstein pot stills at the Vizovice plant. The distillery has been using apples and plums in its manufacturing process since 1894, and this brandy has undergone three years of maturation in American Bourbon casks. This kosher-certified apple brandy is rich with apple aroma and taste and has a beautiful golden colour.

Aged in French oak barrels.

BRANDY ALVISA XO THE JEWEL OF ALVISA Alvisa XO (extra old) is an excellent brandy that obtained after a proves of double distillation in Charentais alembic and aged in French oak barrels, under the supervision of our enologist Sergio del Coso.

Alvisa 10 is made exclusively from Airen, an ecological variety of white grapes. It ages for 10 years in centenary French oak barrels, where it acquires aromas of vanilla and new wood.

 Armenian coffee is well known far beyond the borders of Armenia. Drinking of Armenian coffee is a whole ritual and a national tradition. ARARAT Coffee is a new interpretation of this tradition, a familiar flavor duo in a renewed form. In this drink we combine the legendary Armenian brandy ARARAT and the unique taste of coffee.

Georgian Road VSOP brandy is being the result of patience, blending of wine spirits distilled from Gremi wines, this brandy spent 9yr in oak barrels maturing in their cellars.

A unique spirit made from local Serbian hand picked plums and juniper berries. The addition of juniper adds a refreshing note to the traditional vanilla and almond flavors of plums. Best served after dinner as a digestive.

Georgia is renowned for its high quality wines made of unique grape varieties and with various traditional technologies of making brandy and other wine distillations. There are specific types of Georgian grapes that are ideal for the spirits used in production of brandy.

The gold-highlighted mahogany color and the complexity of the aromas – wine esters with distinctive balsamic notes – remind us of the brandy’s lengthy presence in wood. The palate is medium-dry, smooth and full, with burnt undertones and hints of vanilla, followed by a long, pleasing finish.

Montenegrin grape brandy is made with a combination of two indigenous grape varieties Vranac and Kratošija. Specifics of both varieties come to the fore by aging in inox tanks at least a year. This brandy is colorless, with mildly developed aromas distinctive for Vranac and Kratošija, rounded taste and very drinkable. With a special selection of grapes, processing method and distillate blending, from year to year, this brandy is of high quality.
