This Zero dosage cuvee is thoughtfully made of a 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier blend, made from grapes grown and hand-picked in the vineyards of Epernay. No Malo-lactic Fermentation is used which allows the wine to reach its full taste profile through aging in the cellar for up to 12 years.
