Slivenska Perla Grape Brandy
The grape brandy "Slivenska Perla" is produced from the aromatic grape varieties Muscat Ottonel, Perla and Tamianka. This rakia has a soft taste and a distinctive delicate flavor typical for these three type of grapes.
Fruit brandy is the most famous spirit from Bulgaria. With an alcoholic level of 40%, this is made in several versions, some clear, some with golden colors. Flavors vary as to they type of fruit - plums, figs, cherries, etc. - are used.
