Sierra Cantabria Blanco Rioja Organza 2023
From the historic Sierra Cantabria estate founded in 1870, Organza is a refined white Rioja DOCa crafted from a blend of 45% Viura, 30% Malvasía and 25% Garnacha Blanca. Aged for 9 months in oak barrels, it reveals a complex bouquet of crisp green apple, ripe pear, citrus peel, and white blossoms layered with subtle toasted, smoky and balsamic notes.
On the palate it is silky, round and unctuous with refreshing acidity and a creamy texture that leads to a long, mineral and spicy finish. Perfect with seafood, white fish, rice dishes, salads, or as an elegant aperitif — serve chilled at 8°C.
