Shallow Aperitivo is a digestive liqueur akin to Aperol or Campari but with a touch less sweetness. Pour poolside, at the park or beach, and you will be happy you went with a smaller company than the major conglomerate competitiors.
It is slightly sweet but not overbearing with a light-body and aromas and flavors of sage, hemp, orange peel and rhubarb and cherry. Sip on ice or mix into your favorite cockatil!
