Sebastopol Oaks Pinot Noir 2017
Pinot Noir | California | United States
Dusty black color ruby. Aromas of red liquorice, cherry pie, figs and pancetta with a silky, bright, off-dry light-to-medium body and tingling, brisk molasses and shavings of pencil finish with a moderate flavor of oak. A pinot noir with a light heart.
California is the biggest and most crucial wine region in the United States. It accounts for the western shore of the country's southern two-thirds. The state covers nearly 10 degrees of latitude as well. With hills, valleys, plains and plateaux, the topography of California is as complicated as its environment.
