Saurus Pinot Noir has a medium-intensity red color that turns brick red with maturity. The aromas are reminiscent of flowers and red fruits, with fine touches of vanilla due to its brief aging in French and American oak barrels during five months. Sweet tannins and moderate acidity.
Estate grown, produced, and bottled by INV N-72479 (AKA Bodega Familia Schroeder). The Saurus wines take their name from the discovery of the fossilized bones of one of the biggest dinosaurs that roamed the earth, uncovering during the construction of the Familia Schroeder winery in the wild plains of Patagonia Argentina.
