This is Saslove's flagship wine made from grapes from their vineyard in the Upper Galilee. From the moment the wine entered the barrels, a love story began The wine has aromas of wild berries, an exciting bouquet of exotic spices, and a long aftertaste.
After 20 months the barreled wines were finally ready to be blended and then bottled. The French Taransaud barrel contributes cinnamon, cloves, and cigar box. The American oak Canton and Schahinger barrels; mocha, vanilla, and maple syrup. The French oak Magrenan and Vernou barrels; butter, banana, caramel, with a long finish of Creme Brulée, coffee, and dark chocolate. This wine has at least 12 years aging potential.
