It has deep and intense ruby ​​red color; full and complex bouquet, with dominant notes of bitter cherry, herbs with distant hints of vanilla and thyme. Of notable personalities wine with silky tannins and very persistent, but never invasive. hints of chocolate characterize the Vineyard Serpara with a final lingering creamy and fruity.

Represented by the black imperial eagle symbol of Swabia and derives its name from "place of snakes", so named for the unique setting that makes the very mild climate even during the coldest periods of the year. It comes from the best grapes grown on old vines of the small vineyard of 6 hectares (of which 3 were 40 years of age), in the hilly terrain of volcanic origin to 550 meters above sea level in the municipality of Maschito. Powerful and imperious, is vinified alone, it is aged in French oak barrels of Allier that dominate the largest area of ​​power making it warm and velvety, with hints of vanilla, candied fruit and thyme.
