Ramat Negev Winery Kadesh Barnea Rose 2014
The grapes have been harvested manually from Halutza in Ramat Negev. The fact that the grapes grown in this plot are characterized by their high acidity led to the decision to produce a rose. Light bodied, fruity aroma, and with a touch of strawberry and grapefruit. Refreshing, tart finish.
100% Cabernet Franc. Formerly called Kadesh Barnea Winery, its name was changed to Ramat Negev Winery. The name came from the desire to express the unique grapevines of Ramat Hanegev, while representing the entire Ramat Hanegev area. The winery aspires to make wine from Negev's vineyards and allow wine lovers a rare taste of the different and special grape-growing area. In addition, Ramat Negev Winery is the very first winery that was established in Ramat Negev and one of the first to plant vineyards. It is their aspiration to gather all of the grape production and be a central location / winery. The Kadesh Barnea series includes soft and approachable wines from cabernet franc.
