The wine has a full body, solid tannins and a good acidity level. It will go wonderfully with high fat content meat dishes such as entrecote, sirloin, veal, lamb and sausages. Spicy foods pair well with Petit Verdot and it is perfect with hard and semi-soft cheeses.
Ramat Negev Winery combines different worlds. It can be defined as a combination of the new and old world. The growing and winemaking methods are of the new world, since there is intervention throughout the growing and winemaking processes of the grapevine – we made the growing environment suitable for the grapevine by artificial watering, enriching the land with minerals, fertilizers and all of the necessary elements for the grapevine, by meticulous pruning and using advanced equipment.
