Podere Sapaio is an Italian wine producer located in Bolgheri, in Tuscany. It was founded in 1999 by Massimo Piccin and produces two wines, Sapaio and Volpolo, made from the Bordeaux varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot, with proportions of each depending on the vintage.
