Panza Red Wine Quixote Winery 2019
Panza is the second label from Quixote Winery; it’s made from the organic fruit from the Estate, but unlike Quixote wines, it's available outside of the winery. Philippe Melka is the winemaker, and his style works magic with the Stag's Leap District fruit.
Restrained fruit, yet dark and dense with cedar box, underbrush, plums, mulberries, and notes of chocolate from the 100% French barrel aging. Fruity, spicy, soft, and bold.
