The Mony Classic Cabernet Sauvginon is created from grapes developed on their home vineyard, matured in hardened steel at 78 degrees, at that point matured in French oak for three months. Mid-red in shading, with smells of raspberries and cassis, this mid-bodied Cabernet has delicate tannins and a decent acridity.
The Mony Estate Vineyard is a family claimed and worked boutique winery, situated in the Samson Appellation in the slopes sitting above the Soreq Valley close Bet Shemesh, where sun-doused vineyards produce fantastic grapes utilized in making magnificent wines.
