Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength Gin
Juniper dominates on the nose and palate. A richer, spicier mouthfeel, but ends with a soft and gentle finish.
Born of Love, Obsession, and some degree of Madness, Martin Miller and his two friends, David Bromige and Andreas Versteegh launched the eponymous gin in 1999. Applying his philosophy of tea making, the botanicals used in the Westbourne Strength Gin are carefully measured, weighed, then gently steeped (or lovingly distilled) overnight in spirit and hot water, in small batches like good malt whiskey and using only the 'heart' of the spirit.
