Made with 90% Carignan, 10% Syrah. An intense nose of dark berries, some light floral and mint. Supple palate and a very good overall balance. This wine will accompany all your meat dishes. Best served 10-12C.
The wine begins with beautiful, candied red fruit aromas along with some light floral, mint and herb notes. There's also a touch of smoked meat from Syrah. Tasting reveals rich and juicy red fruit with wonderfully integrated spice that carries over to the very dry, very long, slightly chalky finish. This is a super savory wine with character and complexity.
