The Macallan Distil Your World Hong Kong, with an ABV of 46.8% and a volume of 0.7 liters, is an exceptional limited edition from the award-winning Speyside distillery The Macallan.

It is the result of a unique collaboration between Euan Kennedy, The Macallan's Chief Whisky Maker, and the brothers Joan, Josep, and Jordi Roca, the creative minds behind the world-famous El Celler de Can Roca restaurant in Girona.

Together, they traveled to the vibrant metropolis of Hong Kong to capture its essence—a fascinating symbiosis of centuries-old traditions and modern dynamism. This intense engagement with the city, which reinterprets public space, resulted in a whisky that is far more than just a drink: it is the result of a cultural and culinary adventure. While Euan Kennedy transformed these impressions into a single malt, Joan Roca created a matching menu inspired by Hong Kong's cosmopolitan cuisine.

This whisky captures the energy and complexity of Hong Kong. It is a symphony of flavors, with a rich intensity of ginger, spices, and antique oak, balanced by the tropical vibrancy of mango and grapefruit. Aged in a combination of hand-selected sherry-seasoned casks of European and American oak, as well as select refill casks, it maintains its depth, structure, and distinctive aromatics.
