LVNAE - Colli di Luni Vermentino DOC is the signature white from Cantine Lunae Bosoni, the historic family estate nestled between the Ligurian Sea and the hills of Lunigiana.
Crafted from 100% Vermentino from hillside vineyards, the grapes undergo a cold maceration on the skins and ferment in stainless steel to preserve freshness and complexity.
In the glass it shows a straw-yellow color with intense aromas of citrus, yellow peach and apricot, acacia blossom and Mediterranean herbs, followed by a crisp, sapid palate with vibrant acidity and a long, saline-almond finish.
Perfect with Ligurian cuisine, seafood, anchovy pies, stuffed pasta and poultry.
